Privacy Policy

Account information: name, email address, company name, telephone number and country provided at registration.

Agreement and authorization records: your electronic signature, and the IP address, browser user-agent and timestamp recorded when you accept our Terms, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, or authorize a payment.

Operational information: SKUs, product descriptions, inventory counts, shipment and order details, destination addresses and handling instructions you provide so that we can fulfill your goods.

Billing information: invoices and line items, payment records, payment method type (card or bank transfer), payment references and receipts. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or security codes.

Support and technical information: messages submitted through the contact form or ticket system, and log data such as IP address, device and browser information and pages accessed, collected for security and fraud prevention.

To create and administer your account; to receive, store, prepare and ship your goods; to produce accurate invoices and maintain billing records; to record and evidence acceptance of our agreements and authorization of payments; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized transactions; to provide customer support; and to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use your operational or account data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information.

Invoices may be settled by credit or debit card or by bank transfer. Card payments are handled through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers; full card numbers and security codes are entered with the provider and are never stored on our systems. For bank transfers we receive the payment reference and remitting account details supplied by the banking system. We retain payment amounts, dates, methods, references and receipts as part of our accounting records.

We share information with: carriers and marketplaces as necessary to receive, prepare and ship your goods; payment providers and financial institutions to process payments and respond to disputes; professional advisors, auditors and insurers under duties of confidentiality; and authorities or courts where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We may disclose agreement acceptance records, invoices and payment records to a payment provider or financial institution in response to a dispute or compliance request relating to your account.

We retain account, agreement, invoice, payment and operational records for as long as your account is active, and thereafter for the period required to satisfy legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations — generally seven (7) years from the end of the relationship.

We apply administrative, technical and organizational safeguards including encryption of data in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and restricted physical access to our facility. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, request a copy in portable form, and object to or request restriction of certain processing. Some records — including agreement acceptance evidence, invoices and payment records — must be retained to meet legal and financial obligations and cannot be deleted on request.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the security of your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.

Our services are provided to businesses and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
